ISIS has already dug its heels in Kashmir and is rapidly moving towards establishing the Islamic State thanks to the policy of Modi government in the Kashmir Valley and India-Pakistan war along the LoC and IB.
When Burhan Wani from Hizbul Mujahideen openly declared his allegiance to ISIS and by stating his intention of establishing caliphate not only in Kashmir but in the entire world.The government infact failed to gauze the entirety of his movement and unwittingly continued with their old faulty policies which failed to fathom the gravity of Kashmir crisis.At this stage the cadres of ISIS have succeeded in almost destroying the educational institutions in the Valley by torching the schools thus paving the way for Islamic Madrasas .Now you can’t find any teenager going to schools and is thus automatically being diverted and trained in Islamic Madrassas to provide a vast cadre for their movement. Government policy of suppressing the protests actually gives them a base for their movement.
Wani posted his video in June 2016 declaring that the Hizbul Mujhahideen would “act against every man in uniform who stands for Indian Constitution”.This provided an unfathomable dimension to the movement in Kashmir as youths started uniting with him through social media campaign and thus started alienating the Kashmiris from the Indian culture.
It is worth noting that Wani’s concept embraces the Pakistan occupied Kashmir into the Islamic State Caliphate and the Indo-Pakistan war like situation is bound to benefit Islamic State against the interests of both India , Pakistan and the region but it is strange that Nawaz Sharif government along with ISI as well as Modi government are unable to understand the strategy of ISIS or Daesh.
Furthermore Mosques are being used to coerce Women and children to join the protests while Separatistsare using this opportunity to coerce people to take the movement to its desired end and Lashkar -e-Taiba has asked the people to join the Separatists program.
Worldwide the coalition forces are targeting ISIS or ISIL in Iraq and Syria ,IS fighters have increased their activities and strikes in Europe , Khorasan area ie India, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh.
Thus the future of next generation is at a grave risk and Modi government should impart low cost quality education to children not only in Kashmir but in the entire country under whatever circumstances because of the costly education will leave majority of the children illiterate that will easily turn them into jihadhists .
Another aspect of government policy of encouraging RSS Shakhas in Kashmir will create clashes between Hindu fundamentalists and Muslim Jihadists that may result in creating Syria type situation thus it is better advised to create a moderate society with progressive views.
