Paris terror attacks :War between ISIS and US led coalition

After witnessing worst bloodshed in France since World War II,the French prime minister Manuel Valls announced in front of parliament of a country “at war” as authorities in France and Belgium  conducted extensive raids to search for more leads  and took people into custody.
As ISIS claimed responsibility for the suicide attacks  in which 129 people were killed and wounded 359 others.Declaring  state of emergency, President Francois Hollande vowed to take revenge  and this time ""We will lead the fight, and we will be ruthless and merciless response ."

The Islamic State claimed responsibility on Saturday for the catastrophic attacks in the French capital, calling them “the first of the storm” and mocking France as a “capital of prostitution and obscenity,” according to a transcript provided by the SITE Intelligence Group, which tracks jihadist propaganda.

“Eight brothers, wrapped in explosive belts and armed with machine rifles, targeted sites that were accurately chosen in the heart of the capital of France,” the group said in the statement, “including the Stade de France during the match between the Crusader German and French teams, where the fool of France, François Hollande, was present.”

"  Let France and those who walk in its path know that they will remain on the top of the list of targets of the Islamic State, and that the smell of death will never leave their noses as long as they lead the convoy of the Crusader campaign, and dare to curse our Prophet, Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him, and are proud of fighting Islam in France and striking the Muslims in the land of the Caliphate with their planes, which did not help them at all in the streets of Paris and its rotten alleys. This attack is the first of the storm and a warning to those who wish to learn."

Uptill now French soil never witnessed suicide bombings but the simultaneous seven coordinated  attacks  alongwith one attack linked to hostage taking gave an ample evidence that the  suicide bombings  were "prepared, organised and planned overseas, with help from inside (France) which the investigation will establish," Hollande said.

The key issue is that the attack came just 11 months after two Islamist gunmen Paris-based Charlie Hebdo, the French satirical magazine. The gunmen identified themselves as belonging to the Islamist terrorist group Al-Qaeda's branch in Yemen, who took responsibility for the attack. Several related attacks followed in the Île-de-France region, where a further five were killed and 11 wounded.

Eight ISIS terrorists  wearing explosive belts and armed with machine guns carried out the 7 terror attacks in Paris .

Taking along the regional terror groups,  ISIS aims to expand its influence around the world.ISIS is trying to infuse fear among the nations by carrying out terror strikes in some countries to challenge  US led coailition ---that is enagged in destroying the infrastructure (oil and gas installations and strongholds) by air raids  and financial resources

The leader of a Chechen terrorist group has personally pledged its allegiance to Isis commander-in-chief Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi.

ISIS recently claimed responsibility for downing the Russian arcraft  across 20 miles of the Sinai Peninsula soon after taking off from the Egyptian resort of Sharm el-Sheikh on the Red Sea and  Putin urged  countries to unite tofight ISIS menace  as more than 400 Chechen extremists have joined Isis in Syria and Iraq since 2011, the Russian Interior Ministry claims. Several of those fighters have been granted key roles in the organisation, including Omar Al-Shishani and Muslem Al-Shishani.

President François Hollande also announced the deployment to the Gulf of France’s only aircraft carrier, the Charles de Gaulle, to support operations against Isis in Syria and Iraq.

Now,after such  attacks, President Obama and American allies should adopt  a more aggressive strategy against the Islamic State, known variously as ISIS, ISIL or Daesh.Paris Attack is sure to be on the top of agenda for discussion among the world leaders in a Group of 20 summit meeting  in Antalya, Turkey
