Pakistan,India should be cautious as Al Qaeda ,ISIS plan to install caliphate in South Asia

A very dangerous scenario is emerging in South Asia with Pakistan civilian government and Indian government are fighting a bitter battle and appear playing in the hands of terror groups operating in the region including Al Qaeda and ISIS.
With several terror groups including Hafiz Saeed's Jamaat ud-Dawa and other non state actors in Pakistan in connivance with ISI and Pakistan Army are working on a single agenda to capture Kashmir but the Pakistan establishment and military are unaware of the ulterior motives of all the terror groups including the most barbaric ISIS that aims to establish caliphate in Pakistan, AFghanistan and India .

While China is making a right attempt to bring the prosperity in the region i.e. Pakistan-Afghanistan through economic projects which has the ability to mold the young generation by taking part in the infrastructure projects as terror groups are also eyeing young generation for more recruits.

Poverty and unemployment play the key role in expanding terrorism and every government from President Ashraf Ghani in Afghanistan,Prime Minister Narendra Modi in India and Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi in Pakistan must ensure that the youngsters are provided with jobs and propaganda on religious fundamentalism should be uprooted.

Al-Qaeda's mission is evidently clear by the fresh video released on online jihadist forums in which terror group releaved that the key to victory in Kashmir lies in waging war on Indian cities of Kolkata, Bangalore and New Delhi.

“India is already using 600,000 troops just to hold on to Kashmir,” Usama Mahmoud, the group’s second-in-command in the Indian subcontinent, claimed.“If it is attacked in Kolkata, Bangalore and New Delhi, it will come to its senses and release its grip on Kashmir.

Another new organisation that calls itself al-Qaraar released another video pledging its alliance to the Islamic State group and its leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. The video featured an armed militant, who identified himself as Abu-ul-Braa Kashmiri, urging Zakir Musa, the leader of an al-Qaeda affiliate,to join the Islamic State group.

Taliban and other terror groups will eventually pledge their allegiance to the Islamic State group due to fear if losing their identity and it will be a grave situation for the Indian subcontinent/ South Asia with Jihadists which were shifting from Middle East due to bombardment by a coalition of 40 countries are now seen congregating in this part of the region. Thus it is pertinent to mention that all the concerned countries including AFghanistan, Pakistan, India , China and Bangladesh should join hands to defeat the menace of Islamic State's Wilayah Khorasan (or Khorasan province, also known as ISIS-Khorasan) or The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant – Khorasan
Province.

While Taliban who are in favour of entering the government should be given chance as Russian Special Presidential Envoy for Afghanistan and Foreign Ministry's Director of the Second Asian Department Zamir Kabulov said that the Afghan government must engage in constructive dialogue with the armed opposition "based on conditions acceptable for both sides."

Meanwhile,Vice Chairman of China’s Central Military Commission Gen Xu Qiliang said China's army is ready to strengthen relations with Afghanistan's military and to enhance cooperation in the spheres of military exchanges and counter-terrorism,

"China’s armed forces are ready to cooperate with the Afghan army…, and to continuously increase pragmatic cooperation in the field of military exchanges and counter-terrorism," Xu said during a meeting with Afghanistan’s Acting Defense Minister Tariq Shah Bahrami.
